CUSTOMER DECLARATION, UNDERSTANDING & ACCEPTANCE
I, the undersigned Customer, hereby solemnly declare and confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and acknowledged all the terms, conditions, scope of services, inclusions, exclusions, limitations, special conditions, and policies of the Roadbays Roadside Assistance Program, as communicated through the service documents, brochures, and program terms shared with me.
I clearly understand that the Roadbays Roadside Assistance Program provides referral and/or arrangement-based roadside assistance services, subject to feasibility, accessibility, external factors, traffic, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
I further understand that certain events are not covered under the program and that all third-party charges, consumables, penalties, tolls, fuel costs, salvage charges, or any other chargeable expenses shall be borne solely by me.
I hereby give my free, informed, and unconditional consent to avail the Roadbays Roadside Assistance services and authorize the Company to collect, use, process, store, and share my personal information with its service partners and third parties strictly for service fulfillment, quality monitoring, training, and legal or regulatory requirements. I also consent to the recording of calls made to or from the Company’s helpline numbers and to receive service-related communications via SMS, email, or other electronic modes.
I expressly declare that I have paid the applicable subscription charges after fully understanding and agreeing to all the terms, conditions, inclusions, and exclusions, and I further agree to bear and promptly pay all chargeable costs arising in connection with the services and to reimburse any amount paid on my behalf by the Company or its service partners.
I represent that I am above 18 years of age, a resident of India, and that all information provided by me is true, correct, and complete. I agree that this declaration shall be binding upon me and enforceable in accordance with applicable laws, and that disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the program terms.
